Booking Terms & Code of Conduct
What this is.
Golf With Emelie is friendly, upbeat company for a round of golf. I join a round that you organize, to make the day more fun and social. That's the whole offering.
What it isn't.
This is not a date, an escort service, or any kind of romantic or physical arrangement. There's no physical contact beyond normal, friendly courtesy (a handshake, a high-five after a good shot). Any request otherwise will be declined and ends the booking with no refund.
Eligibility.
Clients must be 18 or older. I may decline or end any booking, at any time, for any reason that affects my comfort or safety — including before payment, after a deposit, or on the course.
You host the round.
You book the tee time, choose and pay for the course, cart, and any food or drinks, and reserve my spot in your group. At private clubs, you're responsible for hosting me as your guest under the club's rules.
Fees.
$400 for up to 18 holes. A deposit of 25% confirms your booking. The balance is due on the day, before the round, via Zelle or cash. The deposit covers my time only and does not include green fees, cart, food, or drinks, which are yours to cover.
Cancellation & no-shows.
Cancel 48+ hours ahead for a full deposit refund. Inside 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the deposit. If I need to cancel, you get a full refund or we reschedule — your pick.
Conduct.
Please be respectful and sober enough to play safely. Intoxication, harassment, or any behavior that makes me uncomfortable ends the round immediately with no refund.
